How to keep yourself determine to a exercise/diet regime?
Declare that you are doing it openly...
Then why ppl knows that you are doing it, you must do it. Or else will paiseh de.

I should do something like that, giv myself pressure to stick to my exercise.

I have gone to swim ytd and today.
Towards a healthy looking skin.
People always say I am fair... Cuz I think the white in me is just too much, I turn fair easily.
So now I must go tan regularly, for the sake of a healthier colour.
I shall try to stick to my exercise too.
I shall not declare too much, later cannot stick to it I paiseh.
Anyway, there aren't really many people reading this, I guess...

Today will be my last day on this job.
Have work for a total of more than a month or so.

At first, I was still like not wanting to continue...

Here we come...
HAHAz, whatever it is, it is finally comfirmed.
Lola, Dan and I have booked our tickets and we will comfirm be leaving for Taipei on the 28th April...
Our pathetic graduation is down to 3 of us...
But nevertheless I am sure it will be a good one. Looking forward to it, 3 more weeks to dep.
It will be my first time on a budget airline.

4e1 guys intends to go to HongKong some time in May, I am interested but I have too much to consider...
I will be back in Sg onli in 7th May, another trip in just a few days? will it be too hetic?
I am spending 10days in Taiwan, I may be spending alot and I DO MEAN ALOT! lol... Me, for sure. Will I have enuf money to go for another trip?
Mummy will be not very happy, me going for Taiwan also not really consulted her, she wasn't very supportive le. If I go for another one, I WILL DIE!!! lol

Unless I can get a very good paying job or strike 4D la, else it would be rather difficult...

Received an unexpected call this morning from Bird when I was like still sleeping.
Actually not morning, noon rather...
So he asked if I wanna join him to town, as he wants to get something.
I agreed and meet him at about 130 on bus 106, like not even enough time for me to do my hair. totally unglam...
Went to Suntec... Anyway my definition of town is Orchard, never Suntec.
While dog and prof went into the IT show, Dan and I walked arnd suntec in search of his wallet and watch.
Super crowded. I am not going into the halls...

Bird is on a shopping spree... We cab down to West Coast Plaza, Nike Factory Store.
Saw darmeen, whom I know as a Visual Merchandiser in Nike. So dah dah dah, the corporate thingy always happens... Reorganization, cut-cost...
It makes me view working as a very unfeeling thing. You work for a company for a decade, then reorganize, you are retrenched... demoted...
I must do my own business, not work and get laid off anytime...

Ate at BBQ chicken.
My friend still works there... She got promoted le.
Felt happy for her.
rmb the days when Kel and I were interning at NFS, we had lunch at that restaurant where she was onli a waitress.
Anyway dun anyhow think, she is an auntie. lol

I know it can be worst.
I felt super lousy.

Felt that I shouldn't be there in the first place.
I wasn't really excited about this prom at all, unlike secondary grad night.
I did not even bothered to get clothes, did not go do my hair... whatever shit I did for secondary prom did not occur.
I thought of not going, cuz the table where my classmates were, were already full.

In the end, I decided to go as there are seats on my other friend's table.
I got the ticket partly because of her...
Person who 千交待，万交待 me to go, my partner for the day... Did not turn up, did not even bothered to notify me...
Now I ended up sitting down there, becoming a kind camera man for persons X, Y, Z who sees me sitting down there doing nothing.

For that moment, I felt that my existence was redundant.
At that moment, it really felt like if there is a hole, I would just sneak out from there.

Frankly speaking, I was already affected when my classmates did not manage to get me a seat on their table as they promised...
Then being "PS" by someone.
I am in a position of total awkwardness...
Towards then end, I was like alone sitting... dam sad... I donno what to do also...
Today, totally lousy...

Watch titanic on TV, this is the 'n'th time I watch this movie, but everytime when I am watching the last few scenes of the show, I would feel super sad and emotional. How heartless and selfish people can be??? over 20 lifeboats floating around and onli 1 came back for survivors, and it is like after how long? Humans can only survive a few minutes under that circumstances...

I haven been updating for awhile le.
I shall pen down some updates in life.
Finally, after more than a month back in Sg, after CNY, I got a job that started on monday, 22nd Feb,10. At Lexis-Nexis, a legal firm, doing proof reading. A HongKong Civil Practice book. Super Boring, but for the income, I guess I will hang on to it for awhile.
CNY this yr was not very nice...
Went to some places for visiting but there isn't much CNY mood.
Maybe CNY is for children onli mayb to the age of 15... Ever since I was after 15, CNY wasn't that fun already.
It is however, a time to meet up with people that you may onli see once a yr.
Yesterday was YM's birthday, party @ HardRockSingapore. Was my first time there, quite a good place for parties.
After party, went to Zouk with gwen, rachel, lola and lola's friends.
My 1st time there as well, I had a great time. Was HERO lei... hahaz.

Poly life have ended since my return to Sg. I miss suzhou, I miss poly, this is like the phrase of life where things changes and I get emotional. I dun like these phrases. I feel so empty...

OMG This is Shit...
I am like super lazy these days...
Thought of going to SP today de... But in the end slept till 2pm...
It has become a routine to sleep till noon...

I finally sort of finish unpacking all my luggage from China... Like took more than 3 weeks... While I pack my clothings into my already cramped wardrobe I was like WTF... I have like hundreds of shirts and many of then are like I would never wear le... There I was counting how many Jackets I have I have more than 20... Some of them were never worn... New... Any buyers???
1 is an informal blazer I got for my secondary prom... But on that day, I saw a fellow schoolmate wearing that exact same one... And so, I decided not to wear it... And never wear it till now... brought more than 3 years and counting but still sitting in the wardrobe waiting to be worn...
Moving on, I have more than 100 peices of T shirts... Is it too many to have for a guy??? anyway more than 15 are from Nike... Working at Nike really made me buy alot...Anyway I would be parting with a fifth of them... Seriously will nvr wear again that kind... Actually wanted to throw more but later my mum scream at me!!!
Then I have about 2 dozen of beach shorts.... wahaha....
Next on, one of my favourite thing to buy, bags... I have not counted them but I am guessing >20... Nike contributes to about half... wahaha

Back in Sg for about 2 weeks le.
done nothing much productive and believe it anot, I have not finish with my luggage...
My clothings are still lying in the luggage in my living room.
Went to sch for a debrief of the China Immersion Program yesterday.
It was a long day, greeted by the Director at 11am. Followed by Ms Winnie and company at 1pm. Then right after, we went down to SMU to attend a talk by the Mr Zhou, from China. Regarding the Shanghai Expo 2010...
It is a very interesting event to look forward to but, too bad I guess I won't be there to join...
Ms Winnie talk about a work opportunity in Ho Chin Min, Vietnam. It is quite interesting...
Thought of going...
But I think my mum will think I am crazy, just returned from a 4 months trip, now wanna go abroad again...
But I really think it would be a great experience...
Shall wait for further updates b4 deciding. anyway got NS obligations so, kinda difficult to make time...

Back In Sg, the 20 Me!

Okay, This time it is for real. 4 months had just flew by. I have finish poly!
It is something to be happy about! Yes, of course!

10thJan2010, 10am
in short 100110,1000hrs. Left China-Suzhou University 海外学生公寓。
A charter bus drove us to Pudong International Airport for our flight home.
At about 1230hrs, we are at the Airport!
Check in my almost 60kg luggage. Lucky my peers did not buy many things! If not 30kg of baggage allowance myself will nvr be enuf! An excess of 30kg, will cost me a whopping 3300Yuan! equivalent to about SGD220...
Flight left Pudong at about 1630, slightly delayed!
The 5 hours flight almost killed me, seat super cramp, and I have too much stuff with me too...

Thanks Lola, Dan, Gxy, Tiki & Azen for coming to the airport to receive me! Thanks for the cake and the present...
And ya, Guan, your card will stay in Suzhou... LOL!

Feels really weird. I think I am very used to the cold weather in Suzhou. Which is now 0degree, Sg is now 27 degree! Okay, maybe not the 0 degree but the low temperatures...
And although my bed is also the top deck at home but it is very much lower! At home, I do not use blanket but I have cultivated a blanket using habit in China...
Cuz of the weather in China, I wear long pants, but I am now wearing shorts.
When I opened my cardboard just now, I was like OMG! That's alot!

I seriously need time to adjust myself! Also room very messy, WHY? MY BRO LO!

It is comfirmed! I will be flying back to Singapore on the 10th Jan 2010. 10012010. 100110. Which also happens to be my 20th Birthday!
Flight MU545 leave Shanghai pudong at 1605 land on Singapore Changi at 2050.
After 4 months, I am stepping foot on my Sg again. I will be spending almost 5 hours of my birthday onboard a China Eastern Airline! Throw me some gorgeous flight attendant.
I will be pathetically left with 3 hours of my birthday in Sg, minus the traveling time. There goes my 20th Birthday. Friends pls flood my mobile inbox. At least, when I land, I will smile looking at my phone. The pathetic small screen Samsung F300. Adios... Dun rmb where I pick this word up.

19^th Nov

蓝宝罗 has fallen. Just after about 2 months. Super sad, we thought of visiting it today de, then maybe next Tuesday also, as we have the Tuesday VIP card… TOO BAD, it went burst… LOL! The turnover at this 十全街 is really high and scarily fast. Just when we thought it was doing okay, there it goes. Now we have no more place for western at unbelievably low prices.

OMG! I can't believe I have to endure something else that is so inconsiderate. Not onli did I try to sleep b4 my roommate does because of his snores, I tolerates with his occasional musical talent to drum on the table and sing at 3am in the morning. But now, he got something new!!! He got a new hobby, a game that requires constant clicking like the minesweeper on all your computers… So now even if I go to bed b4 him, I have to face the challenge of getting asleep with CC (constant clicking) sound. This is something one must be considerate with, not something that requires another person to tell. It would be weird of me to go tell him to not to snore or not to play game. I mean snore cannot control la, I fully understand that. I dun blame anyone for this. But the clicking… CONCLUSION: Inconsiderate.

23^rd Nov (Mon)

Ate sushi at the 后庄 last Sat. Not that we first time eat this sushi. But it is the first time we ate there. Because whether was good and the lady boss invited us to eat there. Shall take pictures there before we go back SG. We are going back there on tmr, made a reservation somemore… haha. Went to 观前 for McDonald this afternoon, after doing McDonald ethics project for the last few days. Had the 15Yuan lunch, it is 1000calories… hahaz. After that, finally get to eat the Portuguese eggtarts that I dreamt of the other day. HAHAZ. What a pleasure. LOL. Went on to Aushang supermart, seriously, I always buy like nobody's business when I go supermart. Things are like super cheap if converted to SGD. Then so appealing. Always end up spending at least 100Yuan. It is now less than 50 Days to Jan 10,2010. My birthday, also the day I step foot on Singapore ground…

24^th Nov

Went for sushi in the evening with Net, Feng, Ken, Sp and TaiMei. We actually onli intended to eat ala carte but I think she misunderstood us and thought we are going for the buffet. And so we went ahead for the buffet. It was a rather unique experience eating by the roadside, a 路边摊 kinda setting. But the food was good. Sashimi, octopus, miso, sake, unagi and handrolls. She brought us fruit juices that are not in the menu, also brought us tofu and oranges to end off the meal. Super full, haven't been so full since forever. And guess how much it cost? 38Yuan, less than SGD8… each person. Okay, to be fair, this is not a cheap prices in local context. Passerby were like looking at our food… hahaz. We are like 活招牌. But after the meal, super guilty, too much rice, carbo…

I woke up at about 9plus. Super early, I haven't been waking before noon these cold days… Dreamt that I am back in Sg for the third time le… I am really missing Sg. Lola, say wanna send me pics of kway chap… I super miss that! LOL. Today's dream is special, in the dream I was thinking of the previous dream… Thinking, this time really back in sg le, not last last time is dreaming.

Went running with Net and Feng at noon. Ended up walking a lot rather than running. But well, it's an accomplishment, run run walk walk about more than 15 rounds of 400m… settled some of what we ate yesterday.

27^th Nov

Today I tried to eat less for lunch as Net, Feng and I will be going for Jap buffet with our Japanese and Laos friend, Yuko and XiaoBao. We went to this 师惠坊, a place where there is a lot of restaurants especially Jap and Korean. Food was sumptuous, sashimi, tempura, sushi, chwamushi, yakitori, cha soba, grilled and fried stuff too. Was onli 100 yuan. Really cheap in Singapore context. But I guess not for the local, where we can get a bowl of 15 dumplings for onli 3 yuan. Yuko is also a Tai Mei. Her mother is a Taiwanese and her dad is a Japanese, so I also know TaiMei ok… haha. My peace will starts tonight! YEAH! HE will be gone for a few days to find his uncle. OH MAN! THIS IS HEAVEN!

28^th Nov

Seriously, these days I am really like living by the days. I cannot rmb what I did the day before if I did not write it down. Cuz now we onli have 2 lessons per week that is on Thursday and Friday. Thursday 8 to 1020, Friday 8 to 930. That's the one 2 lesson. Other than that, Saturday to Wednesday, we have no lesson at all. Then a lot of times we have nothing much to do, always stay in and see show online. Everyday sleep till noon. Haha. Actually life this way is very relaxing… Went to dinner with SP and Ken at the 后庄, for 火锅. Maybe going to Shanghai next week. Feng is sick… poor thing.

29^th Nov

Today was basically spent on doing the research report. Went to 圆融时代广场 with Ken, SP, Net and Feng. The mall was huge, there is a shelter that is actually visualizer. Or what should I call it. When we reach there, there's a show playing on it, everybody was like looking up. Got Feel man… Spectacular. Huge mall with little customer. Customer to staff ratio… 1:10. LOL

30^th Nov (Mon)

Sp, Ken, Net, Feng and I went to the 后庄 the same house, something like minds café. Played a game, quite nice, but I forgotten the game name le. Played about 2 hours. Onli 12 yuan each. SGD2.40.got drinks and snacks somemore… haha

3^rd Dec

It is December. 1 more month to HOME! I had 6 nights of peace, but just when I am getting comfortable with my life alone in the room. This morning, noise noise noise! SUX men! The moment he comes back, Heaven turns to Hell! Super inconsiderate can? He is blind, yes! I bet he is! cannot see that I am sleeping… wakes me up at 6am in the morning!
After lesson this morning, Feng and I went to the 东gate to collect our parcel. After that we went to the nearby 小商品市场 to buy socks. 10元 for 5 pairs. Feng and I brought 10 each then we make the boss give us 1 free each haha… Brought eggtarts back to the hostel. The plastic tear and the tarts drop onto the steps of the hostel. Feng was like stunned. LOL. Cannot apply 3 second rule le… She took more than 3 second to react.
Net, Feng and I went to the lion villa hotel, the hotel that Feng parents will be staying when they visit this coming Sunday. The place dam ulu…

5^th Dec

Went to the nearby ChinaPost to check the postage rates to sg. It was alarmingly high. 190 for 500grams. Shitzee.. There were a lot of ppl there, so I did not ask. Just look at the table. It the later afternoon, Feng Net and I went to 观前 to look for this 桑保罗 restaurant. Going for lunch there next Thursday. After that we went to the arcade. Spent like 150 yuan on the toy catcher machine cumulatively.

6^th Dec

FengYu's parents came… We left the hostel at about 630pm, brought some fruits. Thought of buying Coco at 十全, later thought of going to the 联丰广场 (halfway to the hotel) to buy instead. But we happen to catch the only the last bus, so we can't alight to buy. Instead we brought some tibits and sausages at a supermart nearby the hotel. Feng's parents were very nice! Not only helped us bring things back to SG, treat us to dinner somemore, at the hotel somemore… hahaz.
Their tour group kinda small, only 5 person. Feng's parents, bro, auntie and another Malaysian guy. The tour guide drove us back to our hostel.

7^th Dec

OMG! I still can't believe what happened! Last night, I was awaken! By what, one may ask. MY ROOMMATE'S SNORES!
SUPER DUPER LOUD! I tried to be nice by using the earplugs that Feng gave me. (did I mention the earplugs b4?) It is SOLELY for this purpose. BUT!!! BUT!!! BUT!!! It is that loud that I can hear even with the earplugs on! I was dam furious. CAN YOU IMAGINE, AWAKEN BY SNORING! Like I say, I tried to sleep b4 he does to avoid his snores le, but thing NEVER FAIL to get worse!

Went on out with Net and Feng to 耦园, a super inaccessible 园林 in Suzhou! Cuz Feng's parents is touring there, thus we decided to join them for this section. It was a very small garden, but with the tourguide introduction, it seems more interesting…

8^th Dec

Went to 印象城 with net and feng. Shopping spree lo. Spent 500plus yen. Brought a turtle shell like bag and a jacket from LiNing. A jacket from Pull & Bear too.

10^th Dec

Went to have the much waited 桑宝罗with net, feng, ken, sp and gf. It was a disappointment. The bbq food was serve dam slow, and our table was like the last table to be served. The server come out from the kitchen with stewers our food but as they walk, by the time they come to our table. NO MORE! LOUSY TO THE MAX! Went to arcade after the meal and spend the whole afternoon on the toy catcher and drumming machine.

11^th Dec

Went to cut and dye hair. Less than 100yen. Colour not bad. After the haircut, in the evening went to 印象城 again. This time is with the gang that went 桑宝罗. Saw fellow Singaporeans at walmart. They were like speaking singlish, feng and I was like. OMG Singaporeans. Haha. They were students from NTU, also came to Suzhou Uni, and they are staying in the same block as we are in! haha. They invited us to their room for mahjong tonight. Feng, Ken and I went down. After like I persuade. LOL! Hate it when ppl needs me to push lo. YES say YES, No say NO. Always I ask then no reply.

At the NTU peeps room, Ken was like the only one playing! LOL! Feng and I were just like sitting down there onli…

20^th Dec

My China friend, Crow. He brought me to some repair centre for my laptop. But it is going to cost 900Yuan. Too expensive. He took me on his scooter, super cold when the wind blows. My little toes are like swollen… Later he brought me to see his hostel, it was very small, with 6 person in it. At about 6, we went for dinner together. He brought me to a small shop for beef noodles. Quite nice. Onli 5Yuan, then add 3Yuan for more beef.

22^nd Dec

Shanghai… Sp, Net, Feng and I traveled to Shanghai today. Took the 7plus am train which took about 40 minutes. Taking train was fun… haha. This time round, the station wasn't very crowded as compared to last time travelling to Wuxi. Had breakfast at a eatery nearby the Shanghai train station. We actually wanted to take the MRT, but it was down. HAHA, so lousy. Our 1^st destination was 七铺路, we asked for directions with the so-called volunteers (Shanghai Expo 2010). They were super unfriendly. Lol. As we dun speak local, their ascent sound diff. Cannot understand her for the first time, we prompt for a repeat. She started shouting "那边，那边!!!" LOL! How can they handle well mannered people, who will be attending the Expo??? As we approach the bus, we ask for directions again, just in case, we got on the wrong bus. There was a guy standing at the station, who we thought is some staff. We ask him, "请问七浦路是这个巴士吗？" Replied:"2元。给钱就上车，不给钱，车开了." And so, we gave him 8yuan, for 4 person. He wrote something on a brochure that I am holding, then point to a bus. LOL! When we got on a bus then we know we were kinda cheated! The money we paid to that uncle was not fare, was some kinda fee for asking directions. And we were stupid enuf to give him 8 when he onli ask for 2.
At 七浦路, we shopped awhile, but it is very dense there, prices are not really cheap if compared to thing we got online. But in SGD context, it's cheap. Net ask for prices of some accessories, the price is like 30plus, but when say she will buy more for selling. The prices can drop more than 60%. Anyway still more expensive than online. Seeing the many shops and ppl there makes us tired. We travelled to 新天地, a mall. Nothing much as well, ate lunch there. 一茶一坐. When we are trying to get a cab leaving towards a place that can see the Shanghai Skyline, a lady was like trying to fight for the cab with us. Althought we are at a opposite direction but we flagged the cab from opposite and cross over, then a lady run towards the cab and say to us 不好意思，我先叫的. Net ignore her and opens the door, so we got in. LOL. The lady was like still saying 怎么这样的! Unlucky us, the stretch that we intend to go was under renovation. So we miss out on the skyline of Shanghai. We walked nearby and then saw another MRT line, we took the train and went to the Oriental Pearl tower. It was just SO-SO. Go in must pay, got tier some more. The top 150 followed by 135, 100… We did not go in, but head towards the Railway station, wanting to go back earlier as we were very tired.
Changed out tickets from 9plus to about 7pm. While waiting for the train, we went for some food. Mister Dounuts, the most interesting part is here! When we are doing some accounting for the transportation costs, a beggar came in. He asked for a dollar, then saw our money on the table. He stretched his hands and intend to help himself. As I was back facing him, I did not realize, but I saw Net's shocked face, quickly grabbing the money to herself. Wahaha, can't believe that the beggar actually helped himself to our money.

23^rd Dec

Went to 印象城 (Net,Fy,Sp&gf,Ken,Me). Did some shopping, got myself a jeans and a shirt. Watch a free movie, half of the movie, maybe more than half. The theater just opened, offered some experience tics. Of course, some old movies. Left halfway, as hostel closes at 11pm. And at 1030, the movies was still playing. Before the movie starts, there was some technical problems and was delayed. Staff came in and apologies but was scolded by the tiongs. LOL! So fierce for what. Not their fault ma! It is free somemore. Ah tiongs! LOL

25^th Dec

Merry Christmas! Had the last CRM lesson today. Final Assignment was given, dam! 1500 words report, solo some more… Yesterday's Marketing also gave assignment, 5 questions! Went for a dinner at Amazon Buffet Restaurant. 65Yuan each. XiaoBao, Yuko, Net, Feng, Ken, Sp & Gf. Exchanged Christmas present, I gave a odm watch brought online. Woke up early this morning. Actually is Net, woke me up at the door. Went to 观前 with Net, Feng and SPYeo to have breakfast. We had Big Breakfast, it was not as big as the Sg one, but was also cheaper, 16Yuan, about 3 plus Sgd. After Mac, we went on to KFC for its breakfast too. Century Egg Duck Porridge and some tarts, spent some time there before cabbing back to hostel. Super cold today. Temp: Indoors: 2-4 degree, Out doors: lowest -3 Degree. Cloths were difficult to dry, hand were super cold. Feng even got a frostbite on her toes. It is going to get colder, it means we may not be leaving the hostel as often, although out often now is already not that often…

18^th Nov

Ok, I realize as the temp declines, I sleep later into the afternoon, like about 1.30pm, 2.30pm. I seriously CAN sleep. This is the so-called hibernation… Just dun feel like waking up from the cozy blanket… Went for erm…. Lunch Dinner combined at about 2pm. Brought 鸡排(something like the shilin ye shi in SG) and sushi. The sushi lady chatted with us while the guy makes our sushi. We told her that we will only be here for about 2 more months, we are on an exchange prog, she looks sad. She thought we were the normal students who stay here for at least 4 yrs. She looks cute and cuter when she is sad… LOL! Aside from that, she was really very nice. This she is , sakura, Ms 胡.

Feng and Net just asked me about my blog… LOL. Yes, I blogged. Like talking about random stuff, like a diary. To record bits and pieces happened in China. Cuz things are really monotonous when we do not have lessons, sometimes I forget what day it is. To somehow rmb this trip. Also to let my family know my status. And some friends who are concerned.

Feng and Net was like saying, I may have more visitors than I thought…

Well, I welcomed anybody to read my blog, I mean since it is on the Net and I did not label it personal, anyone can. What I wrote or a better word, typed out, is what I am experiencing. Lol. I am saying, what I wrote was what I thought was fair, it is up to one to determine whether to take it or not… Dun quote anything back to me… Cuz I can't go to blogger, all the posts are send to the blog via email. Stayed in most of the time to do the 商务谈判 report. Went to visit a company on Wednesday, 商务谈判 teacher organized de. Took cab to the office in Suzhou Industrial Park, 27 Yuan. The person just gave us a background of the company, even our teacher not there. Kinda meaningless… Net, Feng and I went to RT-Mart to shop. Brought some tissues and snacks.

The last days of October. 31^st is Ken's birthday. We actually thought of celebrating with him, treat him to 蓝宝锣. But they already have date. LOL! The guys already planned to go to a Taiwan gal's place for the weekend. So 3 of them went. They left on the 30^th evening. Actually, I felt so much better without my roommate. LOL! See him only makes me irritated. He's gone, I 乐得清闲。The蓝宝锣 plan was still on, just without them lol. 好心没好报。Lol, or should say his is not fated to enjoy this birthday meal that was supposed to be on us…

1^st Nov

Today, since we are very free. Net, Feng and I decided to take bus and go somewhere further. Took a bus outside the sch, thought it would go very far, but I think we are just nearby. Anyway, after transiting to another bus, we managed to find a place where local shop. The more "lock kock" place. Was a nice experience! Brought a jacket there, 139yuan.

2^nd Nov (Mon)

Today's temperature was GODLIKE! Super duper cold. Lowest at 6 degree Celsius. It was like OMG! Wind very big somemore. Went out to buy food, hands were numb. Lucky saw a roadside stall sells gloves. Brought 1 at 8yuan. She very funny de loh. Saw her sell to a guy before me at price that gives changes for 10yuan. Then when I ask her, she quote 12yuan. LOL! I was like…… You sell him XX, you tell me 12… actually I did not see how much the previous transaction but saw it was below 10 as 10yuan still got change ma. Then she ps, then say ok lah, sell you the price the other guy got lo… hahaz

3^rd Nov

Utilities bill for Oct is out. 100yuan. So 50yuan spent. Net withdraw money le… I am finally 'rich' again. After days running on negatives… cleared all my debts with net and feng. Lost my thick socks. I put the socks together with my clothing into the wash, then when I go back for it, my clothings were on top of the machine (very common, as there are only 8 machines, then if the clothes are done washing, others will put it on top while they use). But my socks are nowhere to be found. I only brought 2 pairs of thick socks, the other 2 are the thin thin one, not suitable for the cold weather le… shit the man.

4^th nov

Had 蓝宝罗 with the clique without the one I dislike. Seriously enjoy the meal, because HE is not there. Kinda super sick and irritated by my seriously irritating roommate. I seriously doubt that he is even a human lo. Today he seriously gone WAY OVERBOARD! Why I so anti him? 1stly, super dirty guy, leaves residue in the toilet! I shall not elaborate… I am disgusted! Then 2 night b4, I went to slp early, I was awaken by some singing and drumming! YES! He was doing that, sitting in front of him laptop singing and drumming on the table. I thought it was still early cuz I slept quite early, but upon looking at the time on my i-pod. 3.45am! Fuk him, can he be more inconsiderate than this? I really wonder if he is possessed… Not only he snore but now this! What have I done to deserve this? Super ironic thing is that b4 we came he ask me if I snore, I said no and throw him the same Q. His answer then was a COMPLETE LIE! He SNORES LIKE NOBODY BUSINESS! But I was understanding, did not tell him about his snores as it is not something that he can control. I quietly went to buy earplugs and try to always sleep before he does. And if I wake up b4 him, I would try to make as little noise as possible. But his actions, really make me wonder, am I being TOO considerate to someone who doesn't deserve it? Now the trigger point!

On the 26^th Oct, there was an unhappy event. At that time, the mineral water that I ordered at the Karaoke. The bottle of water which I forgot to take, net brought it back to the hostel for me and ask him to bring it to the room and pass to me (as a kind of apology). He left the bottle on top of the small fridge, neither apologies nor tell me it was mine. So I did not take the bottle but just left it standing on the fridge. Today, it was finished and was threw into the bin! It let me to think, what right does he have to drink that bottle? Wasn't it mine in the first place? Is he trying to 示威 to me! Because it was him who brought it into the room, and did not tell me it's mine (but net told me, so I know it is mine). So I just left it standing there as it wouldn't be very right for me to take it but I expect him not to as well. It was something like a 定海神针, but he choose to pluck this定海神针 and disrupt the peace. SERIOUSLY, WHAT RIGHT DOES HE HAVE TO DRINK THAT BOTTLE OF WATER! In what mind, did he took that water?

So he feels very proud after drinking MY bottle of water. Seriously, he is like 25 years old, but does not have the character that a 25 should have. PMS easily, does not think for other people, inconsiderate. Never consider consequences.

I wanted to switch room. ShiPing also wants. So he went to speak to the idiot in my room. But he decline. He is really sick lo. Relationship with me already so bad, sp ask him to switch cuz of sp's prob he also refuse! I seriously dun understand what this kinda people is thinking. Impossible for me to understand.

5^th Nov

Had sushi for lunch. Some dumplings for dinner.

The movie lesson today, saw a show on bicycle, Beijing bicycle. About a buy from the rural area who went to Beijing to work. He works for a fedex kinda firm. Got him a bike, with pay deduction scheme. But he lost his bike. It revolves around him, finding his bike and very treasure the bike. A sad show. Singaporeans really very good life. Bike anytime want just buy…

After dinner, Net, feng and I met 小宝 our Laos friend at the school mart. We chatted at the hostel entrance. Then later a Japanese lady joined us. Talk for about 2 plus hours in the cold. Haha. Another Japanese friend, Yuko. We even suggested to go for a jap buffet together here someday. Super steady. But she thought we were locals, as in China. Then the buffet is about 100 yuan, she worry the cost for us… hahaz. The price is okay for us ba, much cheaper compared to Sg. But for her is super cheap, as Japan, even normal cup noodles cost more then 3SGD each.

7^th Nov - Went deposit money into the bank account.

10^th Nov � Went on a fruit spree. Lol, brought 30 yuan worth of fruit with Net and Feng. LOL, the fruit auntie must be super happy… treat us to some small fruits somemore.

11^th Nov

Today is Business Negotiation Exam. I seriously am going to flop this paper. 5 questions, 10marks each, the 2 case studies, 25 marks each. I spent too much time on the first few questions. LOL. Thought that there is a lot of time left, I still draw lines to write, as the teacher gave blank paper, without lines. I spent 80% of the time on 40% of the marks… When the teacher say last 5 minutes, I just started on one of the case study. I was like SHIT! At last, I took an extra time of 15 mins, I gave up. Worst paper in my poly life. Feel kinda cheated into coming China. LOL! Say what results sure improve, I dun DEPROVE already 谢天谢地。After the lesson went have lunch with Net and Feng. Brought many pair of socks at a local shopping place…

Seriously, it is clearly visible that there are 2 cliques le. The group haven't have lunch or anything together for quite a period of time le. The other clique dam weird. All actors… I shall not further comment. NOMB, None of my business… Today it is kinda cold here. Fingers kinda freezed. BOOMZ, Shingz… LOL! I am updated.

13^th& 14^th Nov

Lesson boring. Temperature record low, 6 degree. The walk to the lecture hall is hell, although it is only a few hundred meters away… After the afternoon lesson, went to supermart with Net and Feng. I brought 100 plus yuan worth of FOOD! Netto says must stock up, as winter we will not go mart often… Brought some fried and bbq chicken to go back hostel eat. Waited for cab outside the mart for dam long. The locals dun Q lo, go before us to cab. But there was no cab, then they went away. Waited for about 30 minutes, I felt it was about 30 mins, maybe less, cuz too cold, my time concept may be wrong. Haha. We decided to walk to the other road to take cab, then a bike squeeze between me and a parked car. The metal poles that he was carrying cut my hand. IDIOT! Super pain, especially under such temperature, hand already semi-frozen. It left me a 5cm long scratch, with a cut. That person did not even horn la. In the end, we took bus back instead. Today is a bad day, coincidentally today it a Friday and is the 13^th. LOL! Life is super boring sometimes, I spend this Saturday in the hostel watching dvd…

This Monday onwards no more lesson… I went with the guys for lunch with 2 Taiwanese gals, went for Japanese food at 十全街.

After lunch, we went for K at 观前. Start at about 2 plus pm.

This session really makes me see clearly the character of some people. Proudly introduce to you my RoomMate, Jerry, the 霸道，小气，selfish, ungentlemanly, rude, NO EQ.

This session begins with Jerry, obviously a guy, hogging onto the mike. There are 6 of us in the room, but the songs are like 1 out of 2 are his. I actually don mind letting him sing la as I don really sing mah. But lynette and the others also wanna sing mah. Why he so selfish? Somemore keep skipping other's songs, as in keep moving his songs up to NEXT. LOL! Seriously selfish and 霸道. Nvm about the singing, we let him sing till he SONG! So he goes on singing then ok lo, I take pictures. My friends would know me, especially 06, people like Xiaoyan and lola. We go K always take picture one. So, I was taking picture NOT HIM IN PARTICULAR BUT EVERYBODY! I was sitting on the left-end while he sat on the right-end, the others between us. Of course I take picture in his direction to get everyone in the picture. He suddenly shout in the mike, (the mike almost never left his hand), "不要拍liao,ok! 不要拍liao,ok!" In a VERY RUDE & LOUD MANNER! I was in complete shock, I would have never expected that coming! Obviously from friends, even from an acquaintance that would not happened. So I assume that he did not treat me as friend? LOL! Anyway I dun care. Who is he to me? LOL, just another random person. Seriously, if that came from a friend, I would tell myself that this is not my friend. LOL! He thinks he STAR ah, his picture can fetch $$$. Keching keching keching. Pls, dun let me vomit. Somemore, he did not stop at that! Still keep muttering 一直拍，一直拍！LOL! PLS I have stop taking pictures as you requested, YOUR MAJESTY! EVEN TAKE OTHERS ALSO DUN DARE LE> DUN DARE TO TAKE PICTURES IN YOUR PRESENCES LE YOUR MAJESTY! Seriously FUCK HIM! Taking pictures is to capture some happy moments to remember, if you aren't happy with taking pictures. YOU SHOULD JOLLYWELL, STAY AT HOME! SHOULD NOT EVEN JOIN THIS PROGRAM. SIT ON YOUR MUM'S LAP AND CRY! So wrong to have had him in this program, he obviously cannot 和平相处 with people. SUPER Hegemonic. Take pictures also need his permission. WHAT A JOKE! I haven't been so angry for very long le. Nobody has been this rude to me for AWHILE. I seriously am impressed with myself that I did not confront him. Impressed by my own tolerance. But come to think of it, if I confronted him, it would surely result in a quarrel, or even worst he may start a fight.(this kinda person) LOL, I haven been fighting for years, level low ah, later lose how lol… We share a hostel and have to face each other for another 2 months… SAD! But seriously, he did not think of the consequences of shouting, NO EQ! If he wants to NOT BE IN MY PICTURE, he could have told me. Is there a need to shout out rudely? NO! Obviously.

I left the room after 15 mins. Gave him enuf face le. Did not leave immediately. Went back to hostel alone. LUCKILY the other 4 members felt me. LOL! Somemore comment that I have handled it well by not confronting him. Hahaz. Something good in the NEGATIVE incident. Lol

I dun expect an apology from him, cuz I am dead sure he would not! If he talks to me, I would answer him but this kinda person, DUD!. I just have to bear with him for another 2 months plus. Afterwhich, he is getting out of my life. In this period of 2 months, I shall stay away from this idiot.敬而远之 Period.

Went to 印象城 with Net and Feng. Ate Burger King, the 14.5yuan meal… hahaz. Shop arnd, Walmart, etc. Brought a cap. The cashier forgot to remove the sensor from it and I walked out with the sensor on my cap… Then only after I use the carrier to put my walmart purchase then I realize the sensor. Lol. When I walked back into the shop, the alarm was triggered, it didn't sound when I leave earlier… Weird…The gym super expensive. Thought of going at first. But the prices…. Lol.

60 entries for 2,000yuan. Lol. About SGD400… about 7bucks per entry… that is super ex… especially in China where things are relatively cheap. Saw CRM teacher at manning, he did not see us…

Also brought some snacks from walmart. A doraemon snack, said on the box got stickers inside, but kanna cheated. China people always like to cheat ppl one… saw on the tv a lot of scammers… sell crab, tie very heavy string, 1 property deed can sell to many ppl…

After shopping, we tried walking back to hostel. But we walked a wrong direction, took more than an hour to walk back…

9^th Oct

Stayed in whole day after lesson. Ate at the school canteen…

Seriously starting to miss Singapore. Family and friends, Singapore food. Kway Chap, Chicken rice, etc. Mummy's "ko lei chai hua". Lol hahaz.

Today is a replacement day for last Thursday, 8^th Oct. Lesson in the morning was boring. I got tummy ache then I left the class early, rush back to hostel to shit…

Went for lunch without Jerry. Ate at 十全街. A steak restaurant. It is quite cheap, a full meal with soup, bread, drink and fruit salad. Only about 5 to 9 SGD after the student discount of 32%. Hahaz, will definitely go back…

11^th Oct

Went running with at net late morning. LOL! The present that I brought for dad online arrived. When I go collect the "fedex" saw Ken running. Then when I got back to the hostel, ken was back, Jerry was about to go running. LOL> today is running day, everybody take turns to run…

In the afternoon, went for lunch at 观前's PizzaHut (比胜客). Not very nice, quite expensive, a large pizza price of about SGD18. although cheaper then Sg, but super expensive in local context… the steak restaurant more value for money.

Today then I realize they dun charge Service Charge and GST. LOL!

12^th Oct (Mon)

1^st lesson of the 中国园林历史。。。 Kinda boring… lol. Had the late lunch at 蓝堡罗, this time round had pork chop. Nice… After that went to 观前 to get 商业谈判 text. Weather turning cold.

Went to Carrefour with Net and Feng after lesson. Brought about 90plus yuan worth of things. Wanted to pay by the Citibank card but the machine still cannot. Dam it!

14^th Oct

Walk to 观前 alone this evening. LOL Very emo. Nah. Anyhow walk then saw this 苏州公园, inside got something like the pasar malam games. Got bumper car somemore. But cannot see clearly as it is closed(by5pm) no lights and yah dam early the sky turns dark le. Did I mention it b4? It turns dark before 6, so not used to it. Drank Coco, big cup de. Reward myself for walking so long, haha. Took cab back to hostel…

Went out for lunch at 十全街. Actually wanna go to 苏州公园 de, but it was too late. After we finish eating it is already 4plus. The amusement facilities closes at 5pm… so they decided to give it a miss. So disappointing. It the end we went to auchuan 欧商. Brought so snacks, drinks, etc. When I go wash my clothes this evening, some of the hostel mates are chatting at the stairway. I joined them, haha. Finaly, socializing. One of them, a local, ky, invited us to party on the 27^th Oct and 31^st nov, Halloween party…

No Where to go le. Had a run after the afternoon lesson. Took a walk around the campus with net and feng… One local was surprise to see us in slippers. She told her friend in surprise, "They are wearing slippers!".

We thought that lesson in the afternoon will start this week, but no teacher was there at 2pm. So it should be starting next week ba. Jerry, Sp and Ken goes to 观前 to have their haircut. LOL! Wonder why they wanna go there? Sure Expensive de mah. We went for a walk while they have their haircut. When we go back in about an hour time, they were gone. Actually not that they were gone but, they were at lvl 2 of the salon. Thought that they went back, we walked back to hostel as well… Had the 麻辣烫，smelly tofu and 串串 for dinner. Jerry came back after awhile. Their hair had an expensive cut, especially SP, 270yuan. More then SGD50… LOL! We will be going to Wuxi tmr via train. Not excited… lol. Why should I be? Haven't do my Biz Nego assignment yet. DIE LE LAH!

24^th Oct

Woke up at about 10am…The stupid deliveryman insisted on me collecting the stuff today at 1130. Shit him lo… Jerry, Ken and SP took bus to the train station while Net, Feng and I waited for the delivery before taking cab. The stupid cab uncle today also cheat us. He did not go by the meter but say 18yuan. LOL! He purposely cover the meter lo. Some people here are really getting on my nerves lo.

The train, 动车 is quite nice. We paid 18yuan inclusive of 5yuan service charge ba… for the ticket. Seats were comfortable, quite a nice experience.

When we reach Wuxi, we met Jerry's mum's ex-colleague who drove us on 2 cars to see some places in Wuxi. Went to see a huge standing Buddha in the hills, about 40+ meters ba. Saw 太湖 view. Magnificent. Lol.

Checked into a motel in the suburban area which is near the company of the hosts here. They brought us to see their factory and told us some background as well. Had dinner at about 6pm. OMG… Super hungry, cuz did not eat anything filling except some tidbits since morning. It was a restaurant by a pond. Quite ulu, if you are not a local, you would never go there. Most of the dishes originated from the pond itself. Fish, prawn, duck…are all reared in the pond. The host was very welcoming, they ordered a full table of food, many dishes. Now I finally get to feel the hospitality of the china people. B4 we came, our Chinese teacher told us about this before, and where to sit, must not finish the food (to show that host is very nice, order a lot till cannot finish). As for the sitting arrangement, I seriously forgotten… Then we just anyhow sit. Lol. As for the food, it was really too much that we can't finish. Fish Head (super big, 2 somemore), steamed egg with fish (I think this is the best), prawns(it is the pond prawn, very small, but taste good), frog (not bad, but the Singapore one better), pig nose(yes, the nose. I only took 1 piece, not very nice but not awful), beef in curry (too hard to chew), potato soup (Nice), pig stomach and intestine (speaking of this, I am missing the kway chap in Sg), veg � duomiao (quite nice), veg fried rice (something special), Meatball with bamboo shoots (I only took a meatball from this dish), 白斩鹅 (very hard, onli took 1 as well). That's all I remembered. It must have cost a bomb, but the host paid outside so we did not get to know the prices. After the meal, they brought us to the streets and brought us some bread for the following day. Seriously, they are too kind and we are getting pehsei. Hahaz. Got back to the motel and we walked to the supermart to buy them some gift. We brought them wine, 今生缘. 66yuan each. We brought 3, 1 for each of them. 2 of us shared 1. Also walked down to shop a little, saw a 2yuan shop, something like Daiso, but much smaller. Brought some ear-pin for Han NehNeh… Something that I perceive to be more expensive then 2 yuan. Hahaz. This night, after about 2 months, finally I managed to sleep on a bed. The hostel bed was just a mattress on the plank, not comfortable de. The hotel, although not very good one, but at least I like the bed… Super tired, turn in b4 11pm.

25^th Oct

Woke up at 6plus brush up and got ready to depart. The host cannot accompany us today, therefore they help us booked a Wuxi 1 day tour. They drove us to somewhere near the train station, a tour agency. We paid 110yuan for the trip. 8am to 430pm. Here, we bid them farewell. The tour starts at CCTV Wuxi Movie & Tv Production Base (三国城，水浒城). The place where many films were produced, saw the 五大郎's home and 西门庆's shop… Saw the cibi, boats as well. Took 诸葛亮号, a boat, to view 太湖. (this cost an additional 15yuan). Took many pictures, but too bad, camera low batt thus did not take much after this place. Went to some place that sells things to tourists, 紫砂壶 and pearl. The person who sells紫砂壶 did not know that we are foreigners, he told the group say, the prices on the tags are for foreigners. The locals get a 50% discount… LOL! SO SCHEMING!

Later in the afternoon, we joined another group, our stupid irresponsible tour guide throw us the another guide. Went to this 太湖龟头island. Took a ferry to the island. From the ferry we can see the differences in height of the island really make it look like a tortoise.

A very long day. By the time, we got back to the train station it was 430. Had KFC before heading to the train station. The hosts brought the tickets for us. Seats were not together and was a lower class ticket, but difference only 1 yuan. We stood and waited for about an hour before boarding the train, as it was delayed. On the train, we can really see the difference between the 1 dollar. LOL! So much different as compared to the one we took the day b4. Seats were taken by some ahmas somemore. LOL! Ask them stand also not nice. End up, Ken and Sp were left standing. Seriously, I think maybe they did not buy ticket then just come onboard or brought a shorter trip ticket, lucky it was only a less than 30 mins ride.

Had a run. Actually not run la. While ah net is running, I walked. She ran 6 rounds, I walked 2. Took this chance to think of many things. Rest my mind. Thought of some stuff. Thinking what presents to buy back to Sg for my family and friends… Feeling hungry now, should be going for lunch anytime soon ba.

Believe it or not. This is a Sunday but we have to wake up at 8am for lesson. They pull forward the lesson for the coming wed to this day. So as to make it a long National Day and Mid Autumn Festival Holiday. 8 days of holiday from 1^st to 8^th Oct.

28^th Sept (Mon)

I like Monday. Cuz only got afternoon lesson, dun haf to wake up early…

After lesson we went to GuanQian to spend the voucher that we got from the last time we went buying winter wear. I got a long sleeve tee, a necklace and a pair of sunglasses. The sunglasses is for the Superstar kinda appearance that Ahmin and Ahhan say, for my return on Jan 2010. HAHA.

29^th Sept

Today, I onli went out for dinner. Went to the one nearby, somewhere call 后巷. Went there for 路边摊 food. The fried octopus was nice. Korean tofu and sushi too. But the 小龙包 and wanton wasn't very nice.

30^th Sept

Again, onli went out for dinner. Ate 华莱士 for dinner. Ordered a pair of Spectacles from the super mart. RMB120. Price okay right? Hahaz.

Went to stick protector for my ipod back. Cuz ipod back is curved, cannot stick properly. But the guys did his best, spend almost 20 mins. Onli RMB10. Anyway mine already got some scratches le…

1^st Oct

Okay. Happy Children's Day. Got my new spectacles… The cloth which is used to clean the lens got a meowth printing on it, but the colour abit wrong ah… hahaz.

Had lunch at MacDonald. YEAH! At least something that taste similar to Singapore's.

After lunch, fengyu, net and I went to Carrefour to buy stuff. I wanted to use the CitiBank Credit Card to pay for the purchase BUT DAM IT! IT needs a credit card pin. LOL. I wasn't told when I call to enquire back in SG. IDIOT! Lucky I got enough cash with me… Diners also… dam it.

2^nd Oct

Went to 印象城, a new mall in SuZhou. I was like WOW! Nvr expect it to be so good. Comparable to Vivo. Got Muji, H&M, Mango and Wallmart somemore… Pull and Bear, UniQlo and Zara opening soon. This will be one of our hangout place from now on hahaz… Got a hat and a shirt from H&M. Got BK in印象城, got discount coupon somemore…

3^rd Oct

Shit… Literally SHIT! I am like shitting. LOL. I mean diarrhea. This is killing me, Lau Sai almost everyday. Feeling dam lousy…

4^th Oct

Went to 观前 actually intending to K. But Holiday prices, a bit steep ah… So they decided to go another day. Still Shitting today.

5^th Oct (Mon)

Woke up early this morning. Went to TigerHill 虎丘. It is a tourist attraction in SuZhou. Said that, come to SuZhou must go this place. Not too impressive. But well, there isn't much place to visit here.

6^th& 7^th Oct

Stayed in these 2 days. Spent a whopping 300yuan on online shopping. LOL. Impressive anot? Topped up my phone online somemore. Only went out for dinner or CoCo in the evenings. Need to walk abit ah. Seriously sit in front of the Laptop whole day… Will get very fat by the time I go back to Sg.

Later all of my friends cannot recognize me…

Probably going to 印象城 tmr. Maybe BK for lunch. Then sit at Starbucks of some café. I think I may go to the gym, impulse fitness, to check out the prices. Later I sign on on impulse hahaz.

放课后，我们去家乐福买东西。我在那里买了许多面和Pocky.哈哈
花了大概65元。应该可以吃上一个星期吧！
Net,FY 和我好像和巴弟鸡排的工作人员做了朋友。
他们记得我们。
他们说苏州人很少吃辣，所以这里没有辣椒酱。
当我们告述他们我们很会吃辣，他们还特地帮我们加辣。
也加的太辣了。辣得我吃不完那块鸡排。
Net开玩笑说要到那打工呢。

Enough of chinese. It is very tedious...haha.
Anyway, the parcel that contains my shopping came in on tuesday noon. The stuff was okay, but not as good as it looks on the web. I also ordered some mouse, as in computer mouse... those car design de... with headlamps and etc...

Lesson was super boring. I could almost fall asleep...
Exam results are released today. Mine was okay. Got a 3.5GPA this sem. Was quite happy about it.
But the idiot gems. Onli gave me C+. Super stingy can. Diana, you can do better than that right!!!

2nd Weekend

Slept in till afternoon. before going out with the guys to 打包　food back to the hostel.
Each of us brought a set of Sushi and a 战斗鸡排。It was too much for one to handle. I regretted buying both. When I finish the sushi, I was already quite full. Did not completely finish the chicken.
As for dinner, we walk down to 十全街，while Ken brought 华莱士 fastfood, the others got CoCo. Back at the hostel, I surfed the web and saw some pants to buy for winter… haha．
But payment can only be made with the local cards. Visa and Masters are not widely accepted here in China.
Thus I decided to go open a local bank account.
Sunday, Woke up at about 11plus. Went to Bank of China at 干将西路１８８号, with ah net and Fengyu. We took public bus 60.
The teller was super lazy lo. I told her the I need to buy things online therefore should need a online banking account. But she keep saying that since I will only be here for a few months, dun open I-banking la… LOL Super lazy can, open a I-banking also won’t take much time…
After paying RMB15, I managed to get myself a gold colour passbook, a green中国长城 card and an I-banking token. The token is different as compared to Sg. There is no button on the token. The token will just flash the 6 digit pin constantly then refresh every about 15 seconds for a new pin. There is nothing such as slp mode when not in use. HAHA. Singapore one more efficient, save energy.
So I paid for the pants online with this UnionPayCard 银联卡．
Later as I continued to shop, I found the same item at a lower price. 损失了１８元. Just hope that it will arrive now. Dun cheat me of my money…

Winter coming!

I don't know exactly when but should be mid nov ba.
So we went shopping for winter wear yesterday and today. I managed to see one that is nice. And well, I guess I am like a spender. Spent 700 yuan on that clothing. Feeling the pinch now. But was happy, RETAIL THERAPY. HAHAZ.
Okay la. not too bad cuz, they got some promo, every 120 spent received 75 voucher. So I can buy more shirt with the vouchers.
Yesterday after lesson, due to laziness, we somehow decided to call for delivery. Net and company called for chicken pieces, something like Taiwan 士林夜市 kinda chicken... onli 9 yuan. (I can buy more than 70 serving with my cloth) HEARTACHE!
Anyway, I wanted to try the sushi. So I went on a quest for the legendary sushi stall along 莫邪路，莫邪路苏州大学生公寓旁成业超市。The quest started at 4pm. I set off with some money, my phone and Fengyu's umbrella. I was at the school's hospital gate, a junction. I made a right turn, and well, that is no longer 莫邪路 but I decided to walk along and explore. I turn back later took the back direction. Walk a few km down, finally decided to call the sushi shop and ask for their exact location. Then I was at 莫邪路200多号。 The person told me the add was 莫邪路1048. I realize I have gone the wrong way.
After a long while, I finally found the stall. Luckily the staff was a pretty lady. So it was worth the time.
But it rained halfway, as I walk the mud flew onto my white pants... The sushi was nice too. At least it was healthy... It cost about 7 to 8 yuan each set. accumulate 10 serving get 1 free somemore hahaz.

Day 10.
Lesson starts at 830. I was super tired. Business negotiation. pretty interesting. But my tiredness overwhelmed everything. Went for early lunch together after the lesson. Had dumplings. LOL! We each ordered a plate that cost RMB 8. And when 1 plate came, we thought it was 3 servings in a plate. Refer to fb. 15 dumplings each serving!!! That was seriously too much for one to handle. Regretted... But too bad, have to eat. cannot put to waste.
The bubble tea chain store here, Coco is pretty nice. Taste great. Ah Net was saying she wanna franchise it over to Sg. hahaz.
Water dispenser was delivered today. paid 130 RMB, net fy and I share.
Took a 30mins nap before heading for the next lesson at 2pm.
2pm lesson was talking about the origin of Chinese language, pretty interesting as well...
After lesson, went with the guys for basketball. I was quite reluctant at first. But after SP's persuade, I gave in. LOL! Jian Fei also mahx.
Went to Guan Jian book shop to look for the Business negotiation text. Later played some arcade and had KFC for dinner...
Tired. Sleeping soon...

Boring lesson

Had compo lesson in the morning. The teacher is nice, she talked to us in the first lesson. Wrote a brief letter...
Lunch was at the sch canteen. Shared a less then RMB5 plate of rice with net.
Afternoon lesson was the most boring of all. Business ethics, the teacher is soft and hearing the lesson was like making me slp.
Got a good deal for water. hahaz. Net, FY and I shared an investment. We ordered a water dispenser with 12 refill for 130 RMB. Should be a good deal compared to buying bottle by bottle.
After which we went to carrefour to shop. Things there are much cheaper and payment can be made with VISA and MASTERS. YEAH! Finally somewhere I can shop with the cards.

the start of Today means the end of week 1 in China.

Jerry and I went to the school canteen for lunch today.

I was like OMG! We have to buy a pre-paid card. Something like Sg's Kopitiam card.

There is no such thing call Q! You just find your way to pass the tray to the staff and order the food. It is mixed veg rice stall kinda setting.

The food was okay. At least not as oily compared to what we have outside. I did not bring my cam when I went for lunch thus, sori, no pics. next time ba.

The food is limited. Sell finish means no more hahaz. So act fast, by 1230. There will be nothing left to eat...

Day 7

Dinner with netto, sp and feng @ the local fastfood chain, CNKLS. Chinese name HUA CHAI SHI.
Burgers. It was much cheaper compared to the international ones. A meal with 2 burgers, 1 something like the Mac snackwrap, fries, a whole chicken and 3 drinks onli cost 45 yuan. Less then SGD10. Enuf for 3 to share...
We walked to Shi Quan Jie. There are many nice things. hahaz. I think this street will be one of our shopping haunt.

1st weekend in SuZhou!

Erm... Day 6 and 7. This is the first weekend I spent in China. Also put a fullstop to my first week in China.
Weekend was said to be very crowded and there may be pickpockets also, we are kinda tired from the walking early this week. Therefore we decided to take a rest. We slept in till late. Onli went out for meals.
Saturday we had lunch at some can say steamboat place ba. 1st we ordered the pot of chicken, cooked. Then we stared eating. Then after we finish part of the dish, they pour in soup and wala, it become a steamboat. LOL! quite unique.

Dinner on sun for me was instant noodles. hahaz, I was being lazy to go out also, not everybody went out, so I decided to stay in.

Maybe going for dinner later ba.

Day 5.

Today lesson was short. Customer Relationship Management. The teacher is more friendlier than yesterday's. He look alittle like Mr Kenneth from SP.
Anyway, no textbooks yet. Wonder will we be getting it at all. Cuz they order in advance in the exact number. So It is kinda difficult to get now...
Had brunch at guan qian again. Ordered a noodle. dam oily. there is a layer of oil on top of the soup.
Stayed in the hostel the whole afternoon.
Went for dinner at a steamboat restaurant. Quite different from Sg as well. The chicken taste like fish. Soup was nice at fisrt, but after adding the meat in, it sux.

So this is how it begins......

On this faithful day of 2009, 7 September. Edward wakes up at about 6am. His family members together with him went to the airport. Edward is leaving for China for China Immersion Program which will last for 4 months...

Day 1 - 7th Sept 09
Together with 5 of my schoolmates namely, Lynette, ShiPing, Ken, FengYu and Jerry, we board China Eastern Airlines MU 546. 1010hrs flight to Shanghai PuDong International Airport.
Thankful to all my best friends who went to the airport early in the morning to send me off.
Thank You. Pat, tikt, Pk, azen, mel and yyvonne. Especially to Yyvonne who gave a box of chocolates.
Hey Yyvonne, the chocolates are nice! I ate 1 le...

The plane departs Sg and when ah net feels sad. made me felt sad too...
The ride was bumpy, met quite a few minor air turbulence. They seat were cramp too. The meal on board was not nice. I onli ate half. The only good thing is, we are served by a comparative pretty air stewardess.

So, the plane flew over 18 thousand km reaching our destination at 1530. Where I was anticipating a transit mall! Then, I realize there is no transit mall in this Airport. LOL!
We pass the immigration and picked up our luggage, saw the driver who then drove us to Suzhou Uni. This bus ride took a whole 3 hours. maybe 3.5.
Roads in the hostel vicinity is super bumpy due to the many ongoing construction works around.

We finally get go into our rooms at about 8pm.

Did some settling down before heading for dinner in a nearby Korean stall. The noodle was cheap. RMB 8. OH! In case you dun know, the exchange rate is 1SGD = RMB4.7
SGD is about 5 times stronger.
Did some shopping for some basic necessity such as distilled water, snacks and some hangers before heading back to hostel.
Housekeeping till 12am.

Day 2 - 8th Sept 09
Woke up at 8am, anyway slept at 2am. so 6 hours. lol
We see to the admin stuff before heading out for lunch at 观前街. I ate the black beef fried rice. 观前街 is the so-called orchard rd here.
spent the next 4 hours exploring the place. Quite a nice place, but things in this street is not cheap as it is targeted at tourists...
Got back to admin at 3. the officer said that 1 of the module we needed was not offered this semester. So, this kinda thing let willy wonka settle lah..
So while surfing online, I found this proxy that allows me to bypass the china firewall... www.unblockmyspace.com
hahaz YEA! CAN UPLOAD PICs to FB le... and also can blog...
Onli the guys went out for dinner in this back street. there are people selling dogs la OMG> also lu bian tan that sells clothings...
after eating and walking arnd, we tried walking to the main gate as the gate we took closes at 9pm. DAM far can, the school is as big as Bukit batok lo!

Day 3 - 090909
had 哑巴生煎 for lunch. got pic of 哑巴生煎 in Fb also. Something like XiaoLongBao, but looks like a bun. It is deep fried but there when I bite the soup from inside spills like XiaoLongBao. This is highly recommend by Sherlyn who gave me info on Suzhou. Shared those and some dumpling with lynette. 6 哑巴生煎 and 10 dumplings. How much is that! RMB 10. about 2 bucks. and 2 person can share somemore.
After lunch we conquer the streets for about 7 hours! went for an hour of pool before being defeated. Went for Ajisen for dinner. Ramen cost RMB 25. Cheap as compared to Sg, but in local context, a luxury. And yah, there is this old sch arcade games. Those can almost nvr be found in SG. The games that we played in SG 10 years ago. Those rolling ball for tickets games.
There are beggers begging on the street and little girls selling flowers. My friend say dun care them cuz if you give once, they will aim for you everytime they see you. So, Sorry, even though at time I pity them but...

Day 4 - 10th Sept 09
So what I did today? let me recall.
OH YAH. Lesson starts offical today. Went for this 市场营销. hahaz marketing in chinese. CAn you believe it?
lesson was 8am to 1020.
We have come to realize that taking cab all the time is too taxing for our wallets. therefore today we explore the city with buses. bus fare ranges from RMB1 to RMB5.
Normal bus charge 1yuan, then 2yuan if it is air-conditioned. We just simply hope onto any bus then alight when we saw something interesting. Brought a Croc shoe at one of the interesting place. Had KFC for lunch. 15yuan for 2 piece chicken. Forget that I got sorethroat and mum says no chicken when sorethroat hahaz.
the bus rides continues, there are carrefour shangri-la and some other familiar names. our bus passes the amusement park here too. Shall drop by there another day. Went to 石路街. but walk to far in, into the slump area when locals lived. We look like aliens to them la. Still saw 2 road cleaning uncle quarrel. Quite an experience.
Took a 1 yuan bus back to hostel, journey took about 20 mins. Only 1 yuan haha.
Had dinner at a nearby chinese resturant. ordered 2 meat, tofu, 2 veg for 6 person to share. 108 yuan. about 20 yuan ec.
Eating here is cheap la... I heard they dun charge for rice. you can ask for as much as you want!
The many different flavour of pocky here is onli 6 yuan onwards. quite cheap. those that sells at at least 2plus in SG. Anybody wans? I can parcel it back for you... hahaz
and ya. They have vending machine that sells condom in the streets for 1 yuan. Who needs some??? dun be shy! hahaz
Today one of the bus we took went to pump petrol when we are onboard. this is something new for me!

It has been confirmed! My flight to China, 7 Sept 1010 hours.
It's kinda mixed feelings going for this programme.

I always thought that we are very good friends but it seems like wishful thinking on my part. You did not even allocated a day to have a dinner so something with me before I fly off for 4 months. You have your schedule packed. It seems to me that I weight nothing, not even a friend to you? I felt so hurt after knowing that!

People, in 10 days time. I bid goodbye to all my friends in Sg. But not to worry, before you know it, I will be back. hahaz.
Ah min, remember to prepare poster and billboards maybe banners too. And camp at the airport for my arrival on Jan.

The results are finally released after long last.
Should I say that the result is unexpected? Net and I are selected but guan, yyvonne and lola are not.
I thought of not going. But I would be sorry to ah net and ms winnie.
I am in a mess.

It is a once in a lifetime opportunity, it may improve my grades. It is all positive.
But the plan was going as a group. And it seems that the other 4 that were selected are people that I may not click with. Maybe I am thinking too negative.

If I go, I would be sorry to Leow and wett. And I may not be as close to my friends here when I come back.

I have come to a decision. Whether it is good or bad. I shall live to see.

Today, BEST DAY EVER!

I donno why I took 963E. But well, I just did.
What happens, when you realise that the bus you are on do not stop any stop near the place you wanna alight. But rather, continue moving towards a direction further from where you are heading?

One should feel nervous and anxious to alight then head back right?
I did not. I felt calm and relaxed, knowing that I will have more time stoning.
Why?
I haven been crying since forever, but today, I felt like doing so.
Heart swell and shiver. imagine that...

I have nvr felt so calm just siting on a seat looking at the surroundings as the bus moves on.
It gave me time to think.
I was punched by my bro, who I no longer acknowledge as of 12th May 2009.

I am washing my hands off such gangster who nvr learns.
So what exactly happen?

Last night...
This stranger who I knew all my life, came home at 12am. Well, all still awake. I was about to go to bed.
Unfortunately enuf, I share a room with this stranger.
He was out the whole day, and the type who is SUPER smelly, smells like salted veg kinda smell.
I invited him out of the room and to bath so that I can sleep without the smell of garbage.
He ignored me. OKAY! HE wants to continue letting his garbage smell diffuse! I spray a little deodorant into the air. After awhile, he remains nonchalant, Therefore I took the BIG AIR FRESHENER and spray in excessive amt. He got pissed and shout like gangster. 不爽来啦！He turn aggressive and I rebutted "You think loud and gangstering win ah!"
He pushed me and punched me in the face. Well Done!
When I want to return his punch. MY DEAR MOTHER CAME IN BETWEEN!
WELL DONE!
I TOLD HIM TO GET OUT OF MY SIGHT!
DEAR MUM was so protective against him. Dun let him go out. Go talk to him. Watever!
I got bruise on my wrist and got punch my her dear son but she didn't care.

Monday and Tuesday was computer-based training at Nike HQ, Expo Office. That was quite dry but the training comes with free lunch lol!

We, the interns were given welcome pack!!!
Jacket, bag, pouch, bottle, lanyard, shoe and a nike+...
Cool yea. Kevin says he will calculate the things we got lol!

After working 2 days on the sales floor, it feels quite good. Nike has a rather different working environment as compared to any other jobs I ever had. Maybe most of my other jobs are not really retail sales.

I am eying on many of the products le... I guess the $550 allowance is not enough for me to shop even I am given discount...

Today started ITP at Nike! Dam tiring!
Still got a homework to do now. So quite a quick summary of the past few days.

Wed, 25th Feb 09.
Last paper... PSCM! In the evening, met xiaoyan, jingyu and lola to go K box. Sing from late night to 6am. Simply CRAZY!

Thursday, 26feb.
After the K, we went to lola's place for a quick rest as there is suppose to be a class gathering at 10am. But due to sleeping too late... haha, we woke up at about 10am.. lol!
But we are not the worst. There are people who LAST MINUTE then say not going! Those are OMG!!!
Kinda sry to Leow and Jianhui as they were preparing to go out le, or even went out le when I told them about the postponement of the event to a later time.

This so called gathering was on the brink of cancellation... But after awhile, we still decide to go ahead with the plan.

Went out with mum to send the printer for svc. Then met pat and lola for dinner at Clarke Quay.

I have faith in Motorola that they would come up with better phones that will bring back her loyal fans and expand her market share in Sg, I have to agree that actually Motorola phone are very good in quality, just that they are recently slow in production of the relevant technology.

I have to say this! HRM paper today sux. I am just gonna flop this paper. Okay, maybe not to the extend of failing...

Seriously, this paper was the worst of the few I took.
I focus so much on the si-tu-pid employment act and wala. nothing much came out compared to the past years papers.

After which we went for a 3plus pm movie without mel and tiki, sex drive @ cathay. Dam funny, seriously recommended, sexual content though, not suitable for minors lol.
We went shopping around hereen then taka and wisma. Without knowing, it turned dark.

Later in after azen and kaiwei went off, Laura and I went for toa hua at "cerliki" before parting...

Monday's paper was rather okay... but I had some dumb mistakes. Ans: Semi-annual compounding, I think I wrote semi compounding.
Today, BLaw paper was okay, had many answers uncertain.
PSCM have not really studied. Kinda reluctant to study cuz it is MCQ and I kinda hate PSCM as a whole.

Haven't been in the rain for very long le. Today went for a short run and suddenly rain, I was drenched but kinda happy, really miss the days in primary and secondary school playing in the rain...

May MST be a breeze.
I want to start/continue with my Music learning. Brought the music theory book for about a year le, but did not really learn it. Must put my heart into it this coming holiday...

Tiki was late for meeting me, in the end mel was alone waiting at paragon for all 4 of us(Pat, tiki, lola and I). We got lola micky head cushion. Ate at Thai Express.
Went to Alexandra Hospi to see grandma in the evening.
After visting Grandma, spent 40 buck on the arcade's coin pusher. It is so so so addictive. 40 bucks onli got 400 plus tix, worser than that time at paya labar.

Wednesday 12th Nov
Blood donation drive @ school. This was the third time I went for blood donation but still a little scared. Lola cannot donate again as her iron level is too low. So together with me is tiki and first timer DanDan. Dan was so nervous that he claim that the donation will be the first and the last. I think there will be a second for him. It is for a good cause.
After the blood donation, we ruch back to SB for the retail talk. We were like late for half an hour, Sarah was like, " Why are you all so late!!!" LOL!
Retailers like Robinsons, NUM and Nike talked. Kinda interesting bahz
After that, actual plan is to go walk walk at Amk with lola de. But as lola decided to sent mel and rachel home. After sending mel home. We took like MANY wrong turns before reaching rachel's home. So by the time lola drove me to amk it was 7plus. The journey starts at approx 5.30pm.
It was raining like mad. So I decided to take a cab to moto HQ.
MOTOROLA FINAL SHOWDOWN.
Earnest talked a little about why they are closing the promoters department. Then sold us the promoters set at low prices. I got a E8 at 30 bucks. Should have buy more la. SO CHEAP.

Friday.
Went town to collect my phone from serviceing. Lola had work so she drove mel home and me to town. lola and I had lunch before she goes to work. Only decided what to eat after walking around for awhile. We settled for Subway. Shared a footlong.
On the lift up to lola's working place. A middle aged auntie found 50 bucks in the lift la. My god so lucky. Lola should rush in first then, that 50 would be lola's. lol ;-)

Me kind, as usual, and since I am free help her out. It was a special event at Little India for Starhub's user. Free dinner and movie. Of course it is targeted at the foreign workers... So many "baya" turn up and wala the food finish in just 2 plus hours at 8 plus. Actually event ends at 10pm so we get dismissed early and still get the pay till 10pm.

Yes, indeed it is almost true. I have not been working for about a month le and no news of work at all.
Come to think of it I have been with MOTOROLA since Feb, more than 6 months. Got feeling le mahx. Now they say close down then close down. Dam sad la.
They spent millions on endorsements like Jay Chou, David Beckam but are saving on promoters, the last line of defence they once said.

Finally the taxis company are droping the Fuel Surcharge.

Sch ended at 3pm and I went for joyride with Laura around before going for movies at cineleisure. She drove me around and we had a pitstop at IKEA at queenstown. We walked around in IKEA and was like completely amazed lo. I can't believe we can be so amazed by IKEA lol. Quite an experience...
We then drove down to town, but took a wrong turn and was very late, made JianHui waited for about an hour. Sorry...
3 of us watch Tropic Thunder, a very humorous show. Worth Watching for a good LAUGH. Some coarse lauguage and thus it is rated M18. Too bad, those below 18 have to miss this.

I recently come across this petition and I guess this has come across every polytechnic's student mind. Why are we paying more?
Tertiary students includes JCs, Polys and ITEs.
JCs and ITEs students got to enjoy the privilege but not poly students.
The only differences between us(poly students) and them is we dun wear uniform.

Although, I do not have any confidence that online petition would be successful.
Reason as, the govt do not want the public to have the perception that one just need to type something online then something will change. If any of the online petition are welcomed by the govt, hundreds of other will start appearing. But this online petition have its uses. Related agencies will at least get to know how many people are displease with this issue.

Gyming @ SPGG with Laura this morning. Lessons are very tiring...
After school. Took the bus 74 with Laura to AMK before going to meet GXY at YCK to go for motorola product training.
Featuring 2 new phone Moto Zinc Zn5 and Moto Ming A1600. After training, it was raining. I shared a small umbrella with GXY to the Busstop. kinda romantic.. lol.
Under the drizzle, the dim lights and the tiny umbrella. The bus 70 back to the YCK train station had only us as passenger. ROMANTIC YI SIA again. lol.

DBA 06 Uniform Day...

Today begins with a little embarrassment...
I put on my secondary uniform to attend school... It was kinda awkward in uniform since I stopped wearing it years ago. I am glad that I am still able to fit into it, this shows that I did not gain much weight! YAY!!!
Took a few pictures with 06. Though many wore their uniform, there were some not so ONZ people like G.XiangYi.

It was kinda fun!

Let me talk about something more unexpected.
I saw Mr Xu. Which Xu you may wonder? Xu Ming Hui...My primary sch classmate.
Yes the one with buck teeth. Sorry, just wanna make sure you know who I am talking about ;-)
I almost can't recognise him. He WAS so thin but NOW. Fat is not enough to describe him. I did not talk to him since sec 2, 4 years. When he insulted my family. I hope I did not mistake this person I saw. I did not talk to him but at least I have know him for years le, should be able to differentiate him and someother Tom, Dick or Harry ba!

Friday.
Laura decided to call on me after her work. She drove from her place from serangoon to mine at BukitBatok to pass me something and we went to pick pat, WITH ME DRIVING! (Without license)
We went to Cineleisure for supper and drove around the city. LOL! Quite an interesting experience. Driving along with friends in the middle of the night!!!
Reach home at about 4am...
Looking forward for the 2nd drive......

Weekends was working at cck. Apple telecom, got to know a few nice ppl. Apple, Jason, Lewis and Nicole. kinda tired due to the nice outing the previous night.

School is starting tomorrow...

I took leave from my work on Sunday to go for this class chalet.

Supposed to meet at 1pm at Pasir Ris but in the end at 1pm I was only at Clementi...

So I decided to meet azen and take a cab down. And XxxX, cannot get taxi for like 15mins. Then walk down to another location before getting one. On the way there still met jam. lol. Should have take the train instead. Time taken same, cost freaking 22......

Reach there and met up with the others...

Shopping for food and drinks at the NTUC.

Okay! Sad...
Yesterday, I failed my Traffic Police Driving Test. Very nervous therefore got into a wrong lane and wala... immediate failure. LOL!
And accumulated 32 demerit points, most on not confirming safety.
This afternoon, met Laura and Azen for Sakae Sushi Buffet at Sambawang. Ate from 3.30 to 6.30pm. After which we shopped around at SunPlaza played some arcade before going to Bugis to see Jacklin in WORK. hahaz. Played at 2 arcade @ Bugis... So 3 arcade for the day. Enjoy alot today... and ate alot too.

Sunday, 21st Sept 08.
This weekend is the best weekend for months...
I have been working for the past 10+ weekends non-stop. But this weekend finally, have a break... due to my absent on last wed meeting hahax.
At first felt a little sad as I have been quite used to working every weekend le and of course the $$$, opportunity cost that I would have to forgo for not working...
But, well, it turns out that this weekend is actually quite fruitful.
Met Laura, Daniel, XiaoYan at 2.30 to go swimming at Jurong Swimming Complex. Actually is 1pm de then change to 2pm but people are still late lol. You Know who you are hahax!!! Actually everyone was late la.
The swimming was very fun especially when we have not been there for years le. Laura was different when with XiaoYan, she laughs alot with her. "I think XiaoYan's laughter is contagious."
We swam till about 5.30pm before going for shower. Then for dinner. Dan left to meet his family for dinner while the ladies and I had cury chicken and some other dishes from the mixed veg stall. Dam hungry can...
After dinner we went for fruits...

This is the first time I went swimming with poly friends, very fun indeed... with this bunch of people, we really talked alot, I do mean alot.

After dinner, met Mum and Han to go to the airport to pick sis who is returning from Shanghai study trip. Before sis flight lands, I was like taking my mum and bro around like what I did when being a CYA. Not that I missed being one, but well, have been doing that for a year le. It almost become a habit le...

Had Mac as supper while waiting for my sis.
Sis's godfather came to drive us home. On the way home, he suggested to stop for supper again...
Had a HEAVY supper at newton. LOL NOW I AM DAM FULL!!!

DBA 06 class chalet

17th-19th Sept 2008.

Class Chalet was Great.

I guess everyone who went to the chalet had a great time. Especially XiaoYan. Shouting from the very beginning. The chalet was a double level one, XY doesn't even dare to go up to the room alone. lol

Great talks were held haha. Got to know more about each other. Bowling, rollerblading, movies... It was fun filled.

1st day, wednesday, was BBQ, I actually have meeting @ motorola and not able to attend the BBQ. But in the end meeting I lost track of time and missed the meeting therefore am at the BBQ.

Helene, this bbq not I plan de huh, later say I did not invite you hahaz.

Night time was total madness. With XiaoYan, there is no time to lose... She ask everything that she can thought of. lol. Played some stupid games and lalala. Most of us slept only after 6am except for KEVIN & BOONBOON. 2 in the room sleeping.....

2nd day, I woke up at 630am. 1st to woke up... after 30 minutes of rest. slack awhile, ate something with those woken at the food shops.

After BRUNCH was bowling then rollerblading. Bowling was rather fun with me and dandan vying for the top position. Xiaoyan and some trying to be not the last haha.

Blading, again xiaoyan is the problem. the slowest and fall 2 times in the care of kevin...

At dinner time, onli 5 people remained. WXY, yinmei, boonboon, dandan and I.

Laura came back. YEAH! At 12am to watch a movie with us. The disaster movie. To me this movie is really a disaster. Anyway we are mad enough to

Day 3. We cleaned up the place then left for whitesands shopping centre for lunch.

Arcade was before lucnh at Mac.

We took a 3.5hr lunch. TALKTALKTALK. talk about ghost story, romance, driving, dreams, etc. almost everything lol.

Laura and I went to town to meet pat for movie and dinner. Watch bablon AD together with pat and her friend. clement.

Dinner was at a jap resturant at weelock. after asking if hewett and azen wasn't working or not open...

I AM JUST GRUMBLING

Sometimes when I need to say something but have no body to talk to, or feel like not telling anybody, I will write in here......
So here it goes...
YES, I am grumbling. But sorry, if I keep this to myself I will get MAD!

I was just SOSOSO impressed by this gathering... where the organizers are so ORGANIZE & SYSTEMATIC. WELL DONE!
1st things 1st, I am someone who hate being used. You know who you are!!!
Did I even organize this? And did I not tell you that I will not be in charge for anything including the finance? Why do I still get people asking me about the cost?
Didn't you tell people properly that you are IC? The only thing I did wrong was helping to pay first. why am I so kind? Because it is not your money to begin with so you are taking it for granted? Just because I kindly paid first, I must be collecting? I had my share of collecting for the pasts gathering. I know it is difficult, but if you can't handle it, dun organize! I hate it when people push the burden to me? Why can't I just for once enjoy myself in the gathering? Have somebody else worry about the finance part.
Be Mature! Plan properly before organizing, cost to be determined before anything, be reasonable in the pricing. Most importantly, Be Accountable!
People ask me why the price. $18 was just SO cheap... not that I am stingy... did the previous bbq cost this much??? Inflation maybe, rising oil prices for transportation and the oil used to BBQ right? Sorry, I can't stand myself for being sarcastic either.
I did not do anything at the BBQ. YES, I ADMIT! CUZ I PROMISE MYSELF NOT TO REPEAT THE PREVIOUS.
Okay, sorry to grumble. But I just feel so "bu shuang".
And well I am glad that someone did the things, only Daniel went to start the fire, well at long last, this kinda 'sai gang' not I do le.

After this kinda gathering, I am really sian le... quite reluctant to organize the gathering for my poly class. shall leave it to xiaoyan..

nevertheless, one thing that I was glad about was the drink I received. Glad that we have forgot about the incident, what incident? I forgotten too!
And PS CP, kinda fierce when playing MJ with you just now. Mood was bad to begin with.

Basically, now is holiday. Exams finally over...
Have not been blogging regularly as I am dam lazy.
Tuesday, went to interview @ Hilton Hotel to interview for the F1 event. The job was basically waiter, banquet. Kinda disappointing...
Wednesday was meeting @ Motorola, before meeting was with des and company shopping at Queensway. Meeting at Motorola was kinda bored, hahazzz... It was raining and I got drenched when walking to the HQ. After the meeting, it was still raining. My manager called for LIMO cab to send us back. LOL! $40 then plus $15 for additional stop... Reach home $55..... OMG lucky can claim!!!
Today, Driving lesson 8. I thought my lesson was at 2.30 then, when the instructor called me at
12.40. I was dam shock la. wasted 20minutes. 1hour was $26, 20 mins is about $9.

It is just her or all old people. Why does she have to complaint about everything? 3 rooms for her to choose from - One being too stuffy, Two being too Dark and cold, Three have a weird smell!

OMG, I give it to her...
If there is an award for fussy people, she will top it!

Other complaints:
Pillow too soft, too low.
Floor is cold, need to wear slippers.
Toilet water sound too noisy.
Sometime no body at home, too bored. (sometimes = 2 to 3 hours)
Nothing to do at my place, bored.

Living together is a problem. Now everybody is trying to accommodate to her le, but still she stills complaint. Everybody is getting fed up now...
She may have different living expectations but can't she just try to accommodate people a little.

Now mummy is angry with her le, what to do?

I am trying to please her le, but old people are harder to please than kids. Imagine her asking me to cut her toe nails??? She is now like the dowager empress. We all have to kneel before her.

I dun feature people often, let alone ladies......

This story begins on one faithful day.

I am bring my Grandma home on train. MRT, as usual, CROWDED. Thankfully, SMRT is SMART enuf to introduced the PRIORITY SEATS. Sad to say, SMRT is NOTSMART enuf to educate commuters about these "so-called" PIORITY SEATS.

Apparently, this lady is on the PIORITY SEAT in the crowded train.

She is happily chatting on the phone while my grandma an 80+ years old is standing nearby. There she continues to talktalktalk, the younger ah poh(The Kind) sitting next to her decided to give up her seat for my grandma. Imagine that, Ironic isn't it, an ah poh giving up sit for another older ah poh. While the able-bodied young lady continues to talk on her phone.

Singaporean youth should learn to be more considerate. If you do not have the intention to give up your seat to someone who needs it more than you do then THE SOLUTION IS....

DO NOT SIT ON SEATS THAT ARE LABELLED PLEASE GIVE THEM TO SOMEONE WHO NEED IT MORE THAN YOU DO - The PRIORITY SEATS.

kudos to the ah poh for being VERY nice and considerate.

Worst Test ever

Had some testes and ppt in the last few days. Last Friday, RC exam, some of the questions were not expected!
Weekend was work at WM.
Monday, RWPS ppt. I was kinda unprepared but think ms betty thinks I did okay.
Tuesday' UCCD test was the worst test ever... The moment I stepped into the freezing lecture hall, I was down with FLU le. The whole test was just CMI.
OMG.
I finally finish watching the show, the defining moment on mobtv. Quite a nice show hahaz.
Must start to study for next tusday FMA test.

BUSY DAY.

Lessons were at 2 to 4 but had to meet up for projects early before that and had to do a role play as one of the CAs for Ivan. But well, in the end I was still late.

Grandma came over to stay as my uncle and aunt were at hospital. She is rather troublesome, I must say. Old people are like that de la hahaz. I have to try to accomodate her, when I was about to leave for school this morning, already almost late. She says she wanna go out. She dun noe how to open the door and gate and I have to teach her. Walk her to the bus, sent her to westmall by cab before going to school. And of course LATE. Lucky XiaoYan and company were not angry. And I spent $10.50 on the cab fare. At school, did nothing much. Lessons ended and then went home, meet Yuan and company to celebrate YQ's birthday early. We went to Sakura to eat. Kinda expensive, $26+, especially for someone like me who do not eat much. After the second serving I was like DAM FULL LE! LOL WASTE MONEY lol! hahaz.

I missed my 9pm fann wong show. Awwww............

Sat at Sakura till 10pm, it was still raining. Took cab home with Ivan. 2nd time cabbing today.

Spent quite alot today, must save up! Tomorrow RC exam, EUL Essay due date. OMG, I have started nothing. GOD SAVE ME! I AM SUCH A LAZY PERSON! HELP!

Last tuesday was my last duty at the airport. FINALLY after 1 long year, my time in the airport is up. I have been waiting for this day since forever, but having been there for one year, I will kinda miss being there. No more transit and no more having to wear the red vest that make me look like a red packet. NO more long train rides with fellow CYAs.

Friday was the dialogue with the minister of foreign affairs, nothing special about this...

Weekends working at westmall, saw cassie during lunch at sat. I didn't reconise her before she shouted out for my name... Mus plan something to meet up or else, I may not reconise her again the next time I see her.

This evening after lessons, I will have to go down to Vivo to pass up my motolora time sheet for them to process pay.... Anybody wanna go with me???

Proudly introducing myself and my new name, "MOTO".

The Origin of this name, ever since I work for "Motorola", colleagues from many of the mobile shops call me by the nickname moto. A few hours ago, I went to watch the RedCliff with my family and at WestMall, I saw a colleague which works at the hello shop there. He calls me MOTO. Anyway his GF coincidentally is Colin, my hair stylist's assistant. Such a small world.
Moving on, the movie was a nice one though. Some bloody scenes but a good movie afterall. After the movie, we took a cab home. Then at the void deck suddenly there was people calling, "MOTOMOTO" lol! I realize he was calling me. Another colleague which I know from some Singtel Dealer shop.

So..... this is where my new name comes from......

Today school!
First lesson is Report Writing and Presentation Skills. Have to submit our report to for anti plagiarism. When I sent in my whole report, it was 58%. OMG! Then at that moment, my tutor said something very insensitive. She asked, did you copy! WTF! What a comment! I was like fuk, say I copy!!!
After that, I sent it again without the introduction and the appendix. Wala, the percentage drop to 15%. At least I proved that I am innocent.

and ya, previously, on sat and sun night I do MR creating questionnaire for this project that to hand in today. Finally, a few projects are done and less thing left to be done.

Today, was working! And ya during work, I used my Moto Q9h. If just came back from the service center and I just it mainly for MSN! And so I haappily used the msn.
Suddenly I saw email appearing on my contact list is the phone. I dun wan so many emails in my phone contacts therefore I cleared it but who knows wala when I went home and go online. Almost all my contacts are gone!
In the end I have to go through my inbox, sentbox and outbox to retrieve part of the contacts that I have sent email b4. But I guess not all the contacts are retrieved. People pls add me talk to me in msn so that I can add you again if I haven't done so. You can see me online even when I can't see you. So TALK to me ok?
